- Name the event and list every intended physical piece.
- Mark each item as a cutout, life-size piece, or backdrop.

- Record which printable artwork belongs to each item.
- Note whether one image should become one cutout or several.
- Measure the intended placement before choosing backdrop dimensions.

Build the set around the available standard sizes.

Yes. Add your backdrop and cutouts to the same cart, then check each design, size, and quantity before checkout.
How should I organize a multi-piece event set?
Start with the main backdrop or focal cutout, list every supporting physical piece, and assign its artwork, size, quantity, and short project name before uploading.
Do all pieces need to use the same uploaded file?
No. You can use a different file for each design. A cutout image may also contain several separate characters, each with its own size and price.
