THE CURRENT ESTIMATES

Check your event date and any rush charge.

Typical production
Most orders are prepared in 1–3 business days after payment is complete and usable artwork is received.
Earliest event date
Allow at least 4 Toronto business days. Saturday and Sunday events use the preceding Friday’s availability; if Friday is unavailable, that weekend is too.
Rush production
Dates with 4–6 business days of lead time add an extra Rush Production charge. Weekend events use the preceding Friday’s lead time and rush classification.
Standard timing
Dates with 7 or more business days of lead time use standard production timing. For weekends, count to the preceding Friday.
Packaging
Large cutouts and backdrops ship folded.
Damage deadline
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Carrier transit
The shipping service and delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Customs and local charges can affect the final delivery.

International shipments can be reviewed by customs and may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage charges, or local fees. Checkout shows any applicable charges collected with your order; charges not collected at checkout can be payable by the recipient. Customs processing is outside the carrier transit estimate.

Enter a complete deliverable address. Address-change requests must be made within the 12-hour order-change window, and changes are not guaranteed after production or carrier handoff. A returned, refused, or undeliverable package can require an additional reshipping charge where permitted by law.

BUILD A SAFER TIMELINE

Leave time for more than transit.

A custom event print still needs to be reviewed after it reaches you.

  1. 01

    Finish the artwork decision

Settle the product, printable file, shape, and size before counting on the current estimate.

  2. 02

    Allow for production and transit

Treat the published numbers as estimates and add room for a fixed event date.

  3. 03

    Inspect before event day

Open the package, review the printed piece, and complete setup before the day it is needed.

WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVES

Inspect before discarding the packaging.

  • Check the package and printed piece for visible shipping damage immediately.
  • Compare the received piece with the product and size on the order.
  • Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photograph the damaged piece, the exterior of the box, and the shipping label.
  • Keep the piece and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
