Will my photo be clear enough?

Upload the best copy you have. We check it at your chosen size and include free image enhancement. See our artwork tips for the best result.

Do I need to remove the background?

No. Transparent PNGs are ready to go, simple white backgrounds are removed automatically, and detailed scenes receive an approximate cutout preview.

How is the finished size chosen?

Tall artwork is sized by height and wide artwork by width. The other side scales proportionally and will not exceed 45 inches.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Verified print errors and shipping damage are covered by a reprint. Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the piece, box, and shipping label. See the reprint policy.
