    Upload the artwork

    Use original artwork or a file you are licensed to reproduce.

    Inspect the preview

    Check that every piece and important detail looks right.

    Select the finished size

    Choose from the available sizes and compare the preview with your space.

    Check the product choices in the cart before continuing to checkout.

    Receive and assemble

    Large pieces arrive folded. Unpack, check, and assemble them before your event.

ORDERING FAQ

A few helpful answers.

Do I approve the artwork and scale before ordering?

Yes. Your live preview shows your artwork, cutout pieces or backdrop shape, and finished size before you add it to the cart.

Does one image with several characters become one product?

Separate characters may become separate cutouts. Choose which pieces to keep and a size for each. Each included piece is priced separately, and you see the set total before ordering.

How long does production usually take?

Typical production is 1–3 business days after payment is complete and usable artwork is received. Production time is separate from carrier transit, inspection, and event-day setup.

Leave time for delivery and setup.
