DECORATOR FAQ

Answers for client-led event projects.

Can a decorator order several custom pieces for one event?

Yes. Add your backdrops and cutouts to the same cart. Check each design, size, and quantity against your event plan before checkout.

How should event timing be planned?

Production usually takes 1–3 business days. The cart calendar shows available dates and any extra rush charge. Allow additional time for delivery, inspection, and assembly. Rush production does not guarantee an event-date arrival.

Who is responsible for artwork permission?

The customer must own the artwork or have permission to reproduce every photograph, illustration, logo, character, and other protected element submitted for printing.
