- Custom-made pieces are not eligible for a return or exchange because of a preference change.

- Verified print errors or shipping damage are covered by a reprint. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Timing
- Production and shipping times are estimates, not event-date delivery guarantees.

Possessing a screenshot, photograph, logo, character, or reference image does not automatically include print rights.

TIMING & DELIVERY
Current estimates are planning guidance.
- Rush production
- Dates with 4–6 Toronto business days of lead time require an extra Rush Production charge, shown in your cart. Weekend events follow the preceding Friday’s availability and rush timing; that Friday must be at least 4 business days away.
- Standard timing
- Dates with 7 or more business days of lead time use standard production timing. For weekends, count to the preceding Friday.
- Timing disclaimer
- Rush prioritizes production only; it is not expedited shipping or an arrival guarantee.
- Inspection
- Plan to open and inspect the folded piece before the event.
- Shipping destinations
- We ship to Canada, the USA, and eligible international destinations. Enter your address at checkout to check shipping availability.
- Shipping charges
- Shipping is $25 CAD per order to Canada or the USA, and $100 CAD to other eligible international destinations. Shipping is added at checkout.
- Damage report
- Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the damaged piece, the exterior box, and the shipping label.

Cookies and advertising measurement.
Necessary storage supports your artwork builder, shopping cart, security, and privacy choices. Optional Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tracking is off until you allow it. You can accept, reject, or change optional choices using Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days.
When advertising is allowed, our website sends Google and Meta standard page and product activity, cart additions, product identifiers, quantities, prices, and currency. Google also receives checkout starts. These partners can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page addresses, referring pages, and advertising cookie or click identifiers. This supports ad measurement and personalized advertising. We do not include uploaded artwork, artwork links, filenames, personalization, names, or email addresses in the builder’s event payloads.
Your choices are passed to Shopify when opening checkout. Shopify’s connected Google and Meta integrations handle checkout and purchase measurement. Meta’s Enhanced sharing uses its Pixel and Conversions API and can share purchase activity, order values, and available contact identifiers such as name, email, phone, and location for ad matching, subject to your choices and Shopify’s privacy controls. Browser Global Privacy Control disables advertising and partner data sharing on this website. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent ordering.
