PRODUCTS & SIZES

What can I order?

What are the cutouts made from?

Custom cutouts and life-size pieces are printed on coroplast—not cardboard.

What cutout sizes are available?

Cutouts and life-size pieces come in 2 ft, 2.5 ft, 3 ft, 4 ft, 5 ft, 6 ft, and 7 ft sizes. Tall artwork is sized by height; wide artwork is sized by width. Available sizes depend on your artwork's proportions and the 45-inch limit on the opposite dimension. See the custom cutout guide and life-size photo guide.

What backdrop sizes are available?

The available sizes are 30×48, 32×60, 40×72, and 45×84 inches. The backdrop choices are rounded arch, flat top, and open arch.

Do large pieces ship flat?

Large cutouts and backdrops ship folded. Review the setup and care guide before event day.

ARTWORK

What can I upload?

Which file types can I upload?

You can upload PNG, JPG or JPEG, and WebP images.

Does the artwork have to be mine?

Use only original artwork or files you are authorized to reproduce. A screenshot, reference image, logo, photograph, or character is not automatically authorized for printing.

Can one file contain several cutouts?

Yes. Separate characters in one image can become separate cutouts. Choose which pieces to keep and check each size before adding your set to the cart.

Is each cutout in a multi-piece image priced separately?

Yes. Each included cutout has its own size and price. You see the full set total before ordering. Removed subjects are not included in the set total.

How are wide or horizontal cutouts measured?

Tall artwork is sized by height; wide artwork is sized by width. The opposite dimension scales proportionally and is limited to 45 inches, so unavailable larger choices are disabled in the builder.

What is the optional flat base?

The flat base adds a straight white edge beneath a cutout. It is on by default and can be turned off for each detected piece; the choice stays with that piece in the cart. It is part of the printed cutout, not a support stand.

What makes a strong photo for a life-size cutout?

Prefer the clearest original file, show the complete intended subject, and inspect faces and edge details before upload. Read the artwork guidelines.

PREVIEW & CART

What can I check before ordering?

Will I see the selected cutout again in the cart?

Yes. Your cart shows each artwork preview, finished size, quantity, and selected options.

Is the middle removed from an open-arch backdrop?

Yes. The open arch is a printed frame with an open centre. Rounded-arch and flat-top backdrops keep the complete printed face.

How much assembly is required?

Large pieces ship folded and require customer assembly. Open, assemble, and inspect the piece before event day so there is time to confirm the placement.

SHIPPING & TIMING

Where do you ship, and when should I expect it?

Which countries can receive an order?

We ship to Canada, the United States, and eligible international destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and see the delivery estimate.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $25 CAD per order to Canada or the USA, and $100 CAD to other eligible international destinations. Shipping is added at checkout.

Which event dates can I select?

Add your event date in the cart. Dates 4–6 Toronto business days away require the extra Rush Production fee; dates 7 or more business days away use standard timing. Weekend events follow the preceding Friday’s availability and rush timing. That Friday must be at least 4 business days away.

Does Rush Production include faster shipping?

No. Rush Production prioritizes making the order and appears as an extra charge in your cart. It does not upgrade the carrier service or guarantee arrival by the event date.

How long does an order take?

Production usually takes 1–3 business days. Carrier transit estimates are shown at checkout and depend on the destination; arrival is not guaranteed. Leave extra room for inspection and setup, then review the shipping guide.

RETURNS & REPRINTS

What happens after a custom order?

Can I cancel or change an order?

A cancellation or change request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After that window, custom production may already be underway.

Can I return or exchange a piece because I changed my mind?

No. Because the pieces are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for a preference change.

What if the print is wrong or shipping damages it?

Verified print errors or shipping damage are covered by a reprint. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged piece, the exterior of the box, and the shipping label. See the returns and reprints page.
